Steve Walker, owner of Island Residential Construction, has been designing and building homes in North and South Carolina for over 24 years and has over 400 homes to his credit. Steve is personally involved in the design and construction of each and every home. We are committed to building quality homes, rich with architectural details and craftsmanship. We are dedicated to responsive customer care and "service after the sale"

Steve is president and owner of Island Residential Construction. Steve is a licensed commercial and residential contractor. He works directly with the client on all aspects of design and construction.

Nick Bradley is involved in quality control for IRC homes.

Lisa coordinates and facilitates customized selections for the client.  She manages all change orders throughout the design-build process.
